Going places. Getting there. By bus, train, bicycle, car or foot, the upcoming feature exhibit at Austin Children’s Museum is all about people going places and how they get there. Families will get a sense of connection to their city as they explore over 20 interactive experiences that teach children about different modes of transportation, energy and safety. All Systems Go highlights the people and things that make transportation so important in our city and demonstrates transportation's impact on our environment and our future.

Sights and Sounds of Christmas

600,000 lights illuminate the banks of the San Marcos River at the 22th Annual Sights and Sounds of Christmas. Get in the Christmas spirit with Holiday fun for the whole family including a carnival, Texas Marketplace, living nativity, live choirs and Santa Claus.
